I got a 11 day Ban for this...

Conan exiles is a game with partial nudity, I was excited to start my new adventure so at the character creation I picked a female character because it's a PvP game and generally female characters have smaller character models so they can be harder to hit. I played alot of Ark before conan and they seemed very similar in the way character models work and other mechanics.

Later on I built a house and found that I could climb on standing torches, I thought it was hilarious, and I ended up hitting the screenshot button in the controller to remember the moment.

A week later, without a notice, or a warning. I wake up to an email from Microsoft telling me my account has been banned for 11 days

•No online games

•No Connect with Others

•No Uploading

I think to myself what in the world? I literally haven't talked to anyone the past few days on xbox before the ban I had no idea why I even got banned!

Ended up looking into it and they it says that it was because of a screenshot and I looked in my recent screenshots and I see one has been deleted!!

First off I didn't know we aren't allowed to take pictures of games that Microsoft allows us to buy

If I spend 50$ on a game why can't I take a picture?

If the picture was recreated with a male character would I have gotten banned?

Is this sexist?

Is it safe to even take Screenshots of the games you own???

What if the screenshot was taken by accident???

Does this mean Everyone who plays Conan can randomly get ban if they screenshot?

lots of kiddies are reporting most gamerpics and screenshots and video uploads because basically they know people will get banned, the system is broken and until microsoft fix the issue nothing can be done. It is all automated.

You don't 24hour bans don't have appeal because the team won't have enough time to investigate and get back to you before the ban is done

Also it doesn't matter if you did it or your brother or your dog spot did it you are responsible for your own account

There is no reason for him to be on there as home gold applies to all accounts unless you are doing something you aren't supposed to do like sharing games with people you don't know

How long does it take for the enforcement team to reply to a case review? I feel that they made a mistake on my banishment from communications. i was banned on 10/24/15 to 11/7/15 on 2k16 Nba, I was off punishment for 2 days then on 11/9/15 I was banned
again? For no reason they now have me banned from 11/9/15 to 11/24/15 I'm still banned in NBA 2k15 but can play any other game, the thing is usually when they ban you they ban you in the game you committed the violation in and I wasn't playing 2k at all!!
I was playing madden and Halo 5 but I can still play those games but not 2k16 nba so I feel that Xbox enforcement made a mistake on banning me I just got off punishment wtf?!!!!

I need help my main account bestoftheclore was banned until 11/25/11 and when i got on today i had to recover my account and it said my account was banned and i talked to a customer service person and he said to post here for help!!
