I got 7 day suspension for saying a Shrek character's name

My Name on my profile is "Lord Farquad" and my Location is "Far, Far, Away". To any normal human being this is an obvious Shrek reference. To the xbox live team, they claimed it sounds 'somewhat close to Lord f*ckwad' and found reason to suspend me for 7
days.

ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Even typing [Mod Removed] in the response email is more offensive than referencing a Children's Movie Character.

Now you can be banned for literally anything. Oh your name is John Smith? Sorry that sounds pretty close to [Mod Removed]. sucks for you!

And yes I appealed, and yes it was upheld.

Just how hard does MS look exactly....

The xbl policy and enforcement team seem Very unorganized. I say that because i know from experience. long story short. I got a 7 day suspension for changing my gamertag to Jacktheripr. A 7 day suspension was a little much. The punishment should it the crime.
However, I have people on my friendslist who have modded counsels but they still havent gotten banned. Im not going to give out there names becuse the mods will just remove them. Im just sayin.......

hello, i wanna say sorry for my bad english first.

My Account got a 7 day suspension because of something with conversation, i offended somebody yesterday with a private message once, and that was the only time i can remember, i have a good reputation and this is my first suspension in 4 years...

Now i wanted to ask why they give me a 7 day suspension and not like a 24 hour suspension like they say here:

i could deal with 2 days or three, but i have holidays and normally i can only play while holidays, is there any way to do something about the 7 day suspension?

If you have already summited a case review and it was upheld there is nothing further you can do. The enforcement team does not use the forums.
