I got 3 minecraft purchases for no reason

I'm glad all of the unauthorized charges were refunded! To answer your inquiry, it is more like someone tried to purchase the game on your account but it didn't work and the system has detected multiple attempted purchases which ultimately blocked the purchases. The purchases were unsuccessful to begin with but were stuck in "pending" status.

If the unauthorized purchase made by the hacker is successful, an auto refund will not be possible. You will either manually request a refund via the Xbox refund webform or contact your bank to declare the purchases as fraudulent.

If you suspect that your account has been compromised but Microsoft hasn't sent you any notifications or warnings, you can always check the recent activity page to see what's been done with your account for the last month. Check your recent activity here:

it shows i have bought minecraft 3 times, 2 days ago and i haven't bought anything, i think somebody stole my card info and bought minecraft 3 times, i don't have access to those minecraft accounts either so i just wondered can i get a refund of the 3 purchases?

i just checked back and all of the 3 purchases got refunded.

Correct me if i am wrong but, i think somebody tried to hack into my account and buy minecraft 3 times and then the accounts never got used so it got auto refund?

I recently played minecraft which was 3 or 4 days ago...yes I did purchase the game. For some reason it is still showing up as 19.99. Any way to fix this? thank you

What I discovered is if you look into your account find the area where you have your purchased apps listed, you will find your original Minecraft purchase there and from there you will be able to reinstall it. That will work with your launcher.

I checked again on this:

1. settings 2. Accounts 3. Order history 4. Click on 'Past 3 months' and select 'All Available' 5. Scroll down to the Minecraft purchase you made. 6. (This get a bit tricky) Click on the Minecraft purchase (May say no longer available (IGNORE)) Look for an open tab that says you own it and reinstall.

I got a little mixed on six, but believe you'll figure it out. I was a bit upset to see how extensive my history was and got really turned off.
