I got 2 unjustified communications banned

I got 2 separate unjustified communications banned for 2 extremely old group posts one saying “Chilling playing quicks” and the other saying “Looking to play unranked lets make some plays” and last night I contacted one of the expert gamers and the said the post and that the issue should be resolved soon it’s been 14 hours I can’t play talk to friends or do anything

Expert gamers can't do anything regarding suspensions since they don't work for Microsoft. The enforcement team are the only ones who handle suspensions. You'd have to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com for information about the suspensions and to see about submitting a case review.
