Account suspension for no reason

I get a suspension from the enforcment Team. No one can tell me why. The only one i get is a message. "i got reported for offensive and bad language" - this could not happen cause at this time i was part of a Xbox Live Party with peoples i know from Reality
- they didnt reported me. I also didnt write a message to anyone. So why got i banned? Why cant anyone from Xbox help me? Why did you cancle an account i payd for - for nothing? Why is there no option to get contact with the enforcment team? is this the way
you work with your consuments?

So, my account recently (like 40 minutes ago) got coms suspended and the reason was for inappropriate communication. It was enforced at like 2:05 pm today and I had not sent messages or even been in a party. I hadn't communicated with anyone online today,
my last message being sent out last night to the squad I play with. The suspension is only for a day but since its the weekend its pretty inconvenient. I was wondering if anyone could at least explain how I got suspended and why.

Not sure who your brother contacted from Microsoft but it wouldn't of been the enforcement team.

The fact is the message was sent,it was sent from your account which is why you were suspended,doesn't matter why the message was sent.

It's one of the many reasons you should never let anyone else use your account.

Hey bro, I tried to log in about 20 minutes ago and have been getting the exact same issue for the past 20 minutes, not too sure what's going on but I could connect fine before. The power lead disconnected from the xbox so i plugged it back in. Before that
I was signed in, once i turned my console back in I got the same error message as you, I don't know a solution but at least you're not the only one!
