i go to play games and it says i dont own them

I go to open Need for speed payback, which I know for a fact I have played before, and it says "Either your purchase was refunded or your preorder was canceled. If you didn't cancel it, make sure your payment info is current in Settings > Account > Payment & billing. (0x803f8007)". The payment info is current and I never refunded any games, and for some reason it doesn't show the purchase in previous purchases either. The same thing happens with rayman legends, which I also remember playing on my account. I have tried power cycling, and removing the account then adding it back.

also the account i bought them on is Gam3rCash not the account used to post it

I'm sorry to hear about the issue that you're experiencing.

Are you currently signed in to the account that owns the license to the game?

I would first suggest
Remove / Add the profile from the Xbox console .

Once you've tried that, go to the Xbox Store on the console and try to launch the game from there.

Sorry to hear about your issue with your game. Just to confirm, you played the game before as part of "game with gold" or you've already purchase the game? If you're playing it as games with gold, please make sure you have an active Xbox live or Xbox game pass Ultimate to play the game.
