Hello all, me again.

Current problem: i just turned it on, it is downloading a 3.97GB update for Forza Horizon 4. It has been at it fir iver an hour. Every minute it stops and says "installation stopped". The error code is just the one about not bring to upload profile (I've
been there many times before.) Whybis it doing this? Please help.

Brief history: from the moment i bought this Xbox one it has been a joke. I have had to reset it to factory settings 3 times in the 4 months i have owned it. Unplugged it etc countless times when it has compmetely crashed.

Thank you for posting on Xbox Forums. In regards to the update issue with the game Forza Horizon 4, have you tried to troubleshoot your network? If not, I would suggest resetting your router by unplugging it for 5 minutes then plugging it back in. Afterwards
you will then need to Power Cycle your console. You may also want to take a look at this support article for
