Hello, I recently gifted a friend of mine who plays on Xbox the Windows version of Dead by Daylight instead of the other version for Xbox. Is there a way he can either get that game on Xbox instead or a refund for the original gift?

Hello Nathan, You can request a refund for the game you bought as a gift for your friend, however in order for you to be eligible for a refund, the game must not have been redeemed by your friend.
