Games that was purchased on Microsoft account are bound to the account, this means that it cannot be deleted even intentionally.

If they don't see Minecraft in their purchase history, this means that they used a different Microsoft account when they initially purchased the game.

If they are certain that they redeemed the game in the correct Xbox account but it's not showing, I recommend that you submit a ticket directly to Minecraft support so you can be guided by Minecraft specialists to verify your account ownership. im 27 - just started playing minecraft a couple weeks ago...currently have a lot of time on my hands too, but not as many friends who play minecraft...ive built a lot but im still learning add me if you feel like it...

I can't remember if I have had anything interesting but a friend of mine had 6660 then a couple weeks later was at 7770 and a few months later he hit 12345.

Ahh crap if its happening again then the EA servers are probably acting up again. When it happened to me last week after the update, I just played a different game and then came back on a couple hours later after my friends said it was finally working for
them. Sounds like this is something we will run into for a while. Oh well The Witcher 2 comes out tomorrow and I will be playing that anyway.

Last time it happened it was between 4:00 EST until about 8:00est ish. Its 4:00 EST right now so it might not clear up for a couple hours. I guess we will see.
