    Oh, as it's a gaming laptop it likely has the specs needed to run the game, but it's always good to double-check. Press Windows + R to open the Run dialog box > Type dxdiag and press Enter > The DirectX Diagnostic Tool will open.

    We're looking for your available RAM, processor and graphics card specific models, as well as the DirectX version. RAM and processor will show up under the "System" tab, and GPU under "Display".

    I am on Windows 11 and everything is up to date, both windows, the Xbox App and all the games.

    I have verified and repaired all games. I have deleted and reinstalled the Xbox App. I have downloaded a windows 11 iso file and performed an inline install (I.e a complete reinstall of windows 11 but keeping apps and files). None of it has resolved this issue
