Xbox(beta) can't recognize games on hard drive

Trying to change the settings for the default download area are what causes the error code to pop up. I did the things on the wiki and no luck. Should I just go ahead and call support for the xbox(beta) app? Can they even do anything to help?

ERROR CODE 1170000 WHEN TRYING TO LOG IN ON ANDROID DEVICE.

Are you trying to log into a game or the Xbox App? If you're on Android, and trying to log into the Xbox or Game Pass app, I'd recommend searching the store for "Xbox (Beta)" or "Game Pass (Beta)" and see if you get the same error there.

Is the error code an Android system error or an App error you're getting? Also, can you provide the make and model of your phone and what version of Android you're running?

What should I do if I get the error code 0x800704cf?

    Hi there Orange G.

I am Lumie and I would love to assist you today. I am so sorry you are having issues getting into Minecraft.

The 0x800704cf error in Windows is often related to network issues, specifically with connecting to Microsoft services. Here are some steps you can take to resolve this issue:

Ensure your device is properly connected to the internet.
    Restart your router or modem.

    Run the Network Troubleshooter:

Press Windows + I to open Settings.
Go to Network & Internet > Status.
Click on Network troubleshooter and follow the prompts.

    Reset the TCP/IP Stack:

Open Command Prompt as an administrator. (Press Windows + X and select Command Prompt (Admin) or Windows PowerShell (Admin)).

Type the following commands, pressing Enter after each one:

    netsh int ip reset
    netsh winsock reset
    ipconfig /release
    ipconfig /renew
    ipconfig /flushdnsDisable Proxy:

Press Windows + I to open Settings.
Go to Network & Internet > Proxy.
Make sure the Use a proxy server option is turned off.
    Check for Windows Updates:

Press Windows + I to open Settings.
Go to Update & Security > Windows Update.
Check for updates and install any available updates.

Sign Out and Sign Back In to Your Microsoft Account:

Go to Settings > Accounts > Your info.
Click on Sign in with a local account instead and follow the prompts to sign out.
Sign back in with your Microsoft account.

    Clear Microsoft Store Cache:

Press Windows + R to open the Run dialog.
Type wsreset.exe and press Enter. This will reset the Microsoft Store cache.

    Reinstall the Microsoft Store:

Open PowerShell as an administrator. (Press Windows + X and select Windows PowerShell (Admin)).

    Run the following command:
    Get-AppxPackage -allusers *WindowsStore* | Remove-AppxPackage
    Get-AppxPackage -allusers *WindowsStore* | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_. InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}

Check the Date and Time Settings:

Press Windows + I to open Settings.
Go to Time & language > Date & time.
Ensure the date, time, and time zone are set correctly.

Disable Network Adapters and Enable Again:

Press Windows + X and select Device Manager.
    Expand Network adapters.
Right-click on your network adapter and select Disable device.
Right-click again and select Enable device.

    Reinstall Network Drivers:

In Device Manager, right-click on your network adapter and select Uninstall device.
Restart your computer, and Windows should automatically reinstall the network driver.

    I hope this helps.

Let me know if I can be of any further assistance. -Lumie
