i get this error with the xbox app in beta, what should i do ?

Now that your account is set as an adult, what error do you get when you are trying to change it? Or what happens?

Trying to change the settings for the default download area are what causes the error code to pop up. I did the things on the wiki and no luck. Should I just go ahead and call support for the xbox(beta) app? Can they even do anything to help?
