I get the gems/credits pretti late

I completed 1 mission and ive been part of xbox for five ears and all the gems and credits show alot after or sometimes dont even show, i bought twenti five USD worth of Vbucks for the freedom mission and i didnt get the promised reward, also i just got
3 ears of xbox live membership gem reward, when ive been part of it for longer, Im still Lvl 1 star even tho i completed various challenges.

Error when redeeming, MyVIP Gems, but still wiped out my MyVIP Gems balance

Tried to redeem two 10,000 Rewards Credits (500 MyVIP Gems Each), and one 5,000 Rewards Credits (250 MyVIP Gems Each).

Gave me the ol "HMMM" error. Okay so tried again....

Still got the errors, but it wiped out my MyVIP Gem Balance as if it redeemed it. So no GEMS and no Rewards Credits

Did I just get scammed out of MyVIP Gems?

used VIP gems to redeem a 5000 and a 10000 rewards credit so total 15000 rewards credit supposedly equivalent to 15$ but didn't get an email confirmation or did i get the credit and it did go through because they took my gems

Hello Boss RockstarxX,

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

-or-

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as MyVIP payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as mentioned in our pinned announcement at the top of the forums titled "HEY
YOU! We've got your answer here." (https://forums.xbox.com/en-US/thread/2f5ffacb-bf1e-4fca-8764-f57f69556e55), we no longer award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals
as of July 2014.

MyVIP had a recalibration for the last few years. At the end of the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015
and December 2016. We did not recalibrate this year (December 2017). Since you are a zero star member, you do not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).

We do not see any purchasse of "Vbucks". Please keep in mind that as stated in the offer FAQs, it takes 96 hours to process recent activity, so if you only recently made this purchase we have not received it yet. The anniversary Gem Reward is for Xbox Live
Rewards anniversaries, not for your Xbox Live account.

Someone please tell me what the conversion rate is for VIP gems to USD cause 1 gem to 1 MS reward points is complete and utter **** and opting out before it's too late is looking like the better way to go. But we'll probably get shafted on that route as
well.

Right now, if you have 500 Gems, they could be traded in for 10,000 rewards credits... if the vault was restocked, that is.

Watching those Giants pound someone into the ground with one hit is pretty entertaining also. Lately I've been leaving them alone unless I need to fill a soul gem.

You got it right, convertion rate will be 1:1.

From the Microsoft Rewards Migration FAQ: "any unredeemed MyVIP Gems will be converted to Microsoft Rewards points and can be used to redeem rewards from the Microsoft Rewards catalog once your membership is transitioned.
One MyVIP Gem will convert to one Microsoft Rewards point".

They have been restocking the Vault lately, but I agree the most requested prizes get out of stock pretty fast...
