    I get the 8015000a error code when I try to buy the 33% off xbox live


    I have an xbox 360 and on my dashboard there's a deal to get 33% off my next 12 month of xbox live but when I try to renew my gold via this deal I get the 8015000a error code saying I don't have the licence. I've wiped my cache and that hasn't worked. What
    can I do?
