I get kicked out of My Xbox account

you should try to fill the form to get your password back, if even if you fill it and you cant get it back, then you should try to call microsoft

My password is definitely not incorrect. On my phone i dont even need to enter the password as its saves to the phone when i change it. I’ve also changed to a new password each time just to get back into the account. This issue has just happened again
which isnt great cause i have to log in to reply. Ill try 2 -factor identification but would prefer this was actually looked into. As its as if my password just because redundant after a couple of days.

If you're getting told that the password is incorrect on multiple platforms, then the password is most probably wrong... Maybe you should consider resetting the password and try to login right after to make sure that there aren't any issue within your account.
(Also consider using a new password for your account). As a long term fix, after resetting your password you should consider turning on 2-Factor Authentication, that will both make your account more secure by adding an additional layer of security, and using
the authenticator app you can approve sign ins there without having to use your password.

I am getting the same issue. I usually play on playstation and it kicks me out before login or I get in my lobby to find my Maya skin has been change back to what it originally was before I made it mine, then it kicks me out.

So I made an Xbox account and I'm still getting kicked out. It's an epic games issue. I've had 800v-bucks taken from my account in September, I missed the new event because it kicked me out my lobby twice and I have not been able to log in since.

My son is able to play on his account on both consoles 😞

What do you think I'm trying to do? I get disconnected from xbox live, not kicked out of my account.
