I get kicked back to dashboard when playing thief

I keep getting kicked back to the dashboard when playing thief can anyone help me

What game u be playing when the new forums are being born?

I'll be home in Philly til the 24th o I ain't playing nothing. When i get back it will be Thief on the 28th.

 

Mid game gets kicked back to Dashboard

Sorry to hear about the random disconnects, I can definitely understand how frustrating that could be. I recommend trying a few troubleshooting steps if you haven't already to see if we can get this issue sorted.

Please give the following steps a shot:

• Try Uninstalling and reinstalling Call of Duty.
  
• Press and hold the power button on your Xbox One console for 10 seconds.
  
• Once your console is powered off, unplug the power cord.
• Wait 5 minutes and then plug in your console.
• Power on your console and try playing Call of Duty to see if the issue continues.
  

Give the suggested steps listed above a try and let us know how it goes.

 

Try uninstalling and reinstalling the game, if that doesn't work then power cycle your system by:

1.While the console is on, press and hold the console’s Xbox button for 5 seconds.

2.The console will power down.

3.Wait 30 seconds, and then turn your console back on by again pressing the Xbox button.

I have already tried uninstall and reinstall. ....what's reboot the hub and how do I do that
