    Well my xbox had the misfortune of giving up on me. I placed my call in and put it in a box and sent it off to Texas. Only I was in FedEx looking for an email that didn't arrive until much later that night. The packing directions email. I'm not sure what
    I was thinking but I guess I figured in order to perform repairs on my console Microsoft would require the power cord, hdmi, and the kinekt for some reason so I put them in as well. Then when my email arrived later I knew I had made the dumb mistake. Now I'm
    wondering if I'm going to be getting what I need back in the mail and not just the box itself. .

    Who Wants The Guide Button Back???

    Smart glass certainly isn't the answer for me, it kind of defeats the object and just adds to the "farting around".

    Don't get me wrong though, I'm not saying smart glass is a bad idea..... Just a bad alternative to a guide menu.

    Also, I have had a lot of reliability issue's with smart glass, I'm not sure if that's down to My WP8 or smart glass itself though tbh.

    It's not you. Apparently there used to be a notification saying to send EVERYTHING back and then people got only the console in return with nothing else.
