    Hi, I am from Iran. I have xbox one with latest update.In recent weeks I have trouble with add account and get error 0x80a40019 . I search in support and do all of solutions but no one is useful . I can sign in to my account that
    add in the xbox first use one year ago. I can enter to live and store , but I can't add new account!!!

    wont let me add a family member

    when i get to the screen where i add the new family members account email and password, it comes up with the error "Can't sign in using your microsoft account. please try again."

    Iran is not a xbox live supported country so you will have issues.

    Nothing you can do i'm afraid.

    migrating minecraft broke it?

    when i click add new account as i have already done MANY times i get to the screen shown above. i assume i click microsoft login but then it is not as simple as add a new account to the launcher. i only get 105- errors

    Issues signing in to XBL

    so i removed the account, now when I try to add it again, at the point when I select add new I get a series of box"s and spinning wheels "loading wheels" and then it just goes back to the sign in screen. like I was supposed to get an error message but
    i am not.
