I get error code 0x87e50033 on most games

Everything is up to date. The last update for the Xbox was on 12/7/23. These problems started yesterday morning. I have done all of the troubleshooting listed above.

Thank you so much for trying the following steps I provided above. Those are the troubleshooting steps that worked on our other customers here and it seems not to be working on your end. I believe that your account needs to be checked further and our dedicated Xbox live support can help you with that.

Please follow the steps below to reach out to our live support team:

1. Please use this link: Contact us | Xbox Support
2. Scroll down and look at the lower left side if you can see the page matches the country/region you are currently located.
3. If not, please select the country/region it is showing and select the correct one among the lists.
4. Make sure to use to check the available contact times of the support.
5. Select the "Contact Us" button
6. Select the drop-down menu options that will match your concern.
7. The next window will provide you with support articles based on your request and we recommend reviewing the relevant articles before selecting the "See contact options" button.
8. On the final window, you will be presented with multiple options. We suggest selecting either the "Chat online" or the "Request a call" options to speak with someone. Be sure to provide as much detail as possible.
9. If you cannot get connected to the support, please use the Virtual Agent and enter this exact phrase, "Talk to an agent".
10. Should you be encountering issues contacting support, you may try InPrivate Window of your browser, other browser, different device/s or connect to different network.

We totally understand that you want to play your games. Just a reminder, we are not able to double check your account and device here manually since we do not have the option to. No worries, we do have some troubleshooting steps here that we may try.

Before proceeding, I need to know more details so that we can get the best possible troubleshooting for you.

-May I know what was the last changes/updates you made on your end before the issue occurred?
- Is everything completely working before?

Basing on the statement you provided above, here are some troubleshooting steps that you may try:

Please try to power cycle reset:

Unplug the power cable from the back of the router, modem, or gateway for 5 minutes. If you have a router and a modem, unplug the power cable from both devices.

Restart your Xbox console:

Press and hold the Xbox button in the center of your Xbox controller to open the Power Center. Select Restart console and then select Restart. (If the console appears to be frozen, press and hold the Xbox button  on the console for 10 seconds, until the console turns off. After the console shuts down, touch the Xbox button on the console again to restart.)

After 5 minutes, plug the modem or gateway in first, and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state. If you are using a router, plug in the router and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

If the steps above don't work, please restore keeping games and apps, please be sure that you know your account email and password:

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.
Select Reset console.

On the Reset your console screen, you'll see three options use this one, be sure you remember the email and password of your accounts.

Reset and keep my games & apps. Use this option as your primary choice when troubleshooting. It will reset the OS and delete all potentially corrupted data without deleting your games or apps. In some cases, if a corrupt game file is causing the issue you're troubleshooting, you may have to choose Reset and remove everything, but you should always start with Reset and keep my games & apps.
