I get error code 0x80040900 when trying to play Battlefront 2 online

I get the message to wait a minute before trying again, I have restarted my console, I haven't had this issue with any other game, as I have been able to play Fallout 76 many times. I would really want to avoid doing a factory reset as I have a lot of progress
in a good many of my games, and I shouldn't have to as this is the only game that has given me this issue, and it is only my console as my brother doesn't have this issue.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention here on the forums. I understand you're getting an Error Code when trying to play Star Wars Battlefront 2 online are we talking about the Xbox One Version of the original Xbox game? Check out the Error
Code look up results of your error code and try some of the listed steps to resolve the issue.

Thank you for reaching out. I see you can play any game with the exception of Battlefront 2 online. Since this is only affecting the online multiplayer for the game, I suggest you look into port forwarding your router. You can find specific ports for Battlefront
in the
EA Connection Issue page. Hope this helps!

Nevermind I figured out the issue and my gold expired, but instead of letting me know it is about to expire, it just let it happen and gave me an error message for my game instead of saying I need to renew gold.

If you have auto renew turned off you usually don't get the message. I only ever notice if they message me a deal to keep my Gold active.
