I get emails from my son's gamer tag

IIRC, we set my son's account and linked it to mine for parental reason many years ago. He is now 18, but I continue to receive the Xbox Live Rewards emails for his gamer tag. How can I redirect these emails to his account, disconnect his gamer tag from
my account, or unenroll my ID from Xbox Live Rewards?

How do I find out the exact reason my son's account has been suspended? I did not receive an email. His Gamer tag is DCT5000

It looks like we are still getting your email information for your son's account. This is an issue with our data source that we are currently in the process of resolving. Unfortunately, this means that his emails are still linked to your account. What we
can do while we wait for a resolution for this issue is to put your email on a block list. What this will do is let your son's account remain in the program, but cause all the emails generated for that account to be automatically blocked, and prevent them
from sending.

At this time, this is the most prompt solution we can give for the issue. Would you like us to put your email on the Rewards block list, so your son's emails are no longer generated?
