I get called trash and swear in a message and get an enforcement put on me?

personally I think that there should be no trash talk at all. Xbox should get rid of the
trash talk and swearing ok tags from LFG as well.

personally, I don't have a problem with people swearing and, in certain situations, sometimes an expletive is understandable and forgivable, but, trash talk is purely there to attack the player as a person and get an emotional response. in a lot of cases
it can lead to harassment and bullying or at least it can feel that way to the person on the receiving end, and often one or both players get an enforcement action.

the enforcement system is absolutely pathetic because its an automatic system apparently even if your innocent you can still get banned all i did was report someone else swearing i did not swear back and somehow i get the message ban ive lost multiple accounts
in the past because people reported my account because they thought i was cheating on gta and next thing i know is my account has a permanent ban. simply put this automatic system is trash and needs to go and i think everyone would agree tbh i dont even see
the point in Microsoft getting involved to begin with i wish the report option would be removed and let people deal with things on there own!

Well swearing is against CoC/Community standards which you can see on the enforcement website. Sometimes it is best to just block and report users who are abusive calling names or saying "your trash" and don't engage with them.

You've never been able to swear over xbox live,it's just that the enforcement team are now being more strict about it.

Trash talk is fine,it's just what you say that you have to watch.

It's not difficult to not swear,i swear like a trooper but know not to do it on live so don't.

So you don't think there's a problem with a system where someone on an enemy team can call someone else "[Mod Removed - Inappropriate] trash" and the receiver of said message responding with "Feel
like a big man, boiiii?" gets banned?

Don't get me wrong, the right way to deal with it is ignore, block, report, but a lot of people in the gaming sphere are used to trash talk just being a thing. Hell, most people I know who have been in the same boat as many others on the end of CommBan abuse
don't even swear.

These CommBan abusers are (for the most part) 'funny' teenagers who know they can exploit the system.
