    made a mistake on curseing but seriously, and i have pay 10 dollors just 2 change my gamertage i call rip off but thats ok yall know whats right and whats wrong. if i get ban for telling yall this then im better of deleting my xbox live accout and sell my
    xbox 1 get PlayStation 4.

    Chat Banned For Saying One Cuss Word

    I really don't understand why I get communication banned for eight days for saying 1 cuss word. Most of the games I play like Call of Duty literally curse everyone I kill someone. It seriously doesn't make sense to me. On the Xbox 360, I could have said
    a full sentence of cuss words and not even get a 1 day suspension. There is no way Microsoft can stop people from cursing. So why suspend people for doing it. I'm obviously going to say something again. But I'm just saying that 8 days is a little to much for
    just one word that I hear everyday. I'm really about to switch to PC where I can say anything freely.

    I got banned from some kids for communication and harrsment and abuse and thearts but it was over a game i killed one of them by mistake. but said sorry to one of them for killing them but i said curse word but they started annoying me by saying i was stupid
    over and over again but then i texted them thdy where gonna get banned as a joke and because but before i said the curse word they said block him and because of my reputation on my profile i said the curse word and i just left them alone but then i got banned
    so i reported them for reporting me for no reson and then i got a second ban but i shouldnt have said the curse word but why would i get banned for harrassmen and abuse but the threats i think it was about me texting about about banning them but i said it
    was in six weeks who would believe. that these. kids where smart but they should have got a ban i didnt do anything bad they like 12

    For unsporting behaviour you can report the other gamer or block him/her from further contact. Retaliating is a breach of the Code of Conduct and subject to enforcement acts.

    Yeah, except that I got banned for responding to someone who provoked me. Doesn't really seem like an appropriate response from Microsoft. Granted, my response did contain 1 curse word, but again it's retaliation. Otherwise, bullying goes unchecked.

    As Smwutches says it all just depends. Best to just not curse in the first place that way you never have to find out.
