I get banned for nothing

I get banned for threats and harrashing, but I can't sending messages and i'm reported from like 10 players per day, cause i beat their friend in game.

The enforcement team do not use the forums.

An email would of been sent to the address linked to your account telling you why you were banned/suspended or you can check on the enforcement site

I'm complaining because I have been banned for no reason because people get mad and report me for doing well and I get banned I do believe this ban should be lifted I had to call customer service they told me to do this. This ban is for nothing this stops
me enjoying Xbox and having fun posting youtube videos

Communication suspensions has nothing to do with gameplay

It's the way you communicate on live

There's no time limit on when a suspension can be issued.

Chances are it was for something you did several weeks ago or even longer.

From what I understand you are suspended from communications.Sounds like during the course of the investigation for that suspension they found other offences you committed earlier which is why you've been given another suspension.

If you mean proof then that's not going to happen.

The enforcement team are under no obligation to show you any proof due to privacy laws which is something you agreed to when starting your account.

 

So i don't believe them, cause i wasn't sending messages with threats and something like that and vulgarism too. They stoled one month from my XLive so a want it back.

It isn't just sending messages,it could of been in game chat,party chat etc.

They haven't stolen anything from you.

You are not entitled to a refund on any lost gold subscription due to enforcement actions on your account,something you also agreed to when starting your account.

They don't just suspend people for fun.You were caught breaking the rules whether you admit to it or not.

 

Yeah yeah, so i'm the worst on the Xbox. They can't made a mistake. Hm, i think PS will be better for me, then this

The rules are exactly the same over on PSN but if you want to get a PlayStation then that's entirely up to you.

No one here cares whether you do or not.
