    I get banned for no reason


    Yesterday, I was playing Call of Duty :Black Ops 2 online with my friend, in the online session,my account get disconnected from Xbox Live and then it appeared a message saying he was suspended(banned) for two weeks. I do not know why I got suspended,i
    was just playing for fun....

    I read all the codes of conduct and i don't see anything of bad that i do.

    I call Support 3 times and i don't get any help.

    For No Reason I Was Banned

    Hi xbox i was wondering why my live account was banned i had done nothing wrong and i was wondering why my console was banned and for how long. Its kind of dumb i have to sit here and wait for my live to come back even though i had done nothing. Im strongly
    considering ps3 because on xbox its nothing but hackers that hack names and get you banned.......Just wondering when ill get it back...and for what reason i lost my live..

    That account has its fair share of modded achievements, i would say the ban was overdue.

    In addition to what Owen has said. You will need to post your question in the Enforcement forums. That way the Enforcement team can tell you why you have been banned from Xbox I get banned for no reason :)

    Also, you can check your email, generally they do send out email notifications telling you why you have been banned from Xbox Live.

    You can be suspended for actions performed at a previous time that emerge by the investigation of your account by XBLPET

    The enforcement team doesn't use the forums and we can't help you with suspension issues

    Enforcement doesn't ever just "ban people for no reason" They can see all sorts of stuff behind the scenes and bans can happen weeks after the fact. If someone reported you for beating them in a game Enforcement would see just that. They wouldn't give
    a ban or suspension over this though. So it's probably from something else.

    You need to go to the enforcement website if you don't agree with your suspension and if you don't agree with the other player just block and report him and just move on
