and how to make a case review to appeal it. Reporting a cheater shouldn't backfire on you as long as there isn't evidence on you that violates the Microsoft Code of Conduct and Services Agreement.

I got banned for no reason all that happened was that I was in a challenge lobby in mw2 and then I got banned and says im banned until june 7 2014 and I was wondering if someone who works with Microsoft could help me get my account unbanned banned account

Microsoft do not un-ban previously banned consoles as they are permanent. They do not ban people's consoles/accounts lightly, they do so after several investigations.



The most common reason for a banned console is modifying it, but there are other reasons such as marketplace theft.
