so i sent this message to a guy it was kinda rude but he kept team killing he then invited me to the party and kept swearing and saying offensive stuff at me but hes fine why do i get insta banned yet hes there ruining peoples days and being offensive to
people ps his name is [Mod Removed] he might have a reputation im not sure but he is basically the worst side off xbox

From your side of the story he is the agressor and the one in the wrong however you should never retaliate. Plus he has evidence if it was a typed.

Make sure that you submit a complaint in the future and report the person, and don’t retaliate.

It might take a while for the suspension to trickle through, but if he's swearing and you've reported him it'll soon pass by the eyes of the enforcement team and they'll deal with him, could be any time even up to months from now but most of the time it
comes back around to them!

you should never retaliate offensive behaviour. you should have reported and blocked him.

A simple report and block would have likely saved you the problem of being suspended for something that you may have said in return to their offensive behavior.

I know it can be hard at times, but your best bet with these types of people. Would be to simply not say anything and move on after reporting and blocking them.
