    I can't remove payment option

    I can not remove my payment option because it tells me that there is a problem with Xbox live and sends a status code 8C150009, which does not exist in the list of errors and codes, I need to remove my card payment option, Thank you

    Comprei um cartão Live Gold de 12 meses para meu Xbox 360. Quando fui em resgatar código de 25 dígitos, o código leu tranquilo, mas logo após aparece uma mensagem de erro com o código: 8C150009. Onde esse erro não existe no catálogo da Microsoft.

    Hi! Before reaching out to Xbox Support, let's first see which game and DLCs are affected by this. While downloadable content for Forza Horizon 2 should be still available, some Xbox 360 titles DLCs are no longer available for purchase due to license issues
    or things alike.

    Besides that you should also check if you are able to purchase other content as if not, there might be an issue with your account which you would need to contact Xbox Support for.

    Hi! Before reaching out to Xbox Support, let's first see which game and DLCs are affected by this. While downloadable content for Forza Horizon 2 should be still available, some Xbox 360 titles DLCs are no longer available for purchase due to license issues

    Hi,

    Unfotunatly this error code does not exist, however I would like to know if you have security proofs on your Xbox Live Account or your Email Account.

    If not, this could explain this error code. I will also try to find out why this error code is coming up for you.

    When I do this it does not give me one of the 3 that are listed. The error message that I get is "LIVE connection error". It does not match any of the errors I see listed.

    Ah sorry, having checked the error code on the
    Xbox error code/status code search     it indicates that the error is one of these two:

    • Your Xbox LIVE profile is corrupted.
    • There’s a problem with the security proofs for your Microsoft account.
    If you head over to the error code page and search for it will present a number of solutions to the issue.
