I get an Alert I can't Get Rid of Before I can Even Play

When I try to get into the game now at the time when the loading pictures come up and the option to go online or not, I am hit with an alert saying I'm not signed in when I can. It has an option to sign in pressing A and to cancel with B. None of these do
nothing and i cannot even play the game at all now. I AM signed on to Xbox Live and signed into an account so I don't know why the fudge this happens.

Game freezes before I even get to play

So excited and glad that I just dropped $60 on Arkham Origins! I popped it into my 360 and was all excited to play for a bit....and it froze before I even got a chance. Not the system, the game. Had to restart it. This doesn't look promising...

I would ask you if you bought the game used, but I can tell by the price tag that it's not, which only makes it worse. I can't remember the last game that I had freeze from the get-go like that, but there was one not too long ago and I wound up having to exchange it for another disc. =/

 

have you gotten the recent xbox update?

mine acted like that, had to reset wifi connection on xbox, put in password again, then suddenly it updated.

 

I have the most recent update and never had anything like this happen yet.

Try enabling Auto-Sign-In and see if you get the problem still.

 

I have seen this. It usually happens when two accounts are signed in on one console. When it has happened I just picked the controller of my primary account and hit the A button. Put me right in.

 

Its best to not sign in from the loading screen. Go to story and select online, play GTA online. The method your using has historically been flawed and doesnt always work.

 

^Disagree. Doing your method will sometimes place you in lesser lobbies (very rare) and sometimes you will glitch out while connecting. Also, it takes much longer than the first method.

 

going to the story then getting online sometimes is fast and stable for getting online, but I prefer to just press A to let it take me straight online. because if it doesn't take me online, it will put me in the story, and I can try again from the story
to get online. then of course if that does work, then there is some problem, and most of the time, rockstar will have a message of what the reason is

 

Loading by A adds time to an already long load time. It has never been reliable. To each their own.

 

Getting better internet will solve this problem.

it could be, just try upgrading your internet with your ISP and it just might work better
