    I frequently(almost daily) loose internet connection.


    I have fast broadband, so that isnt the problem. I have to delete the app and then re-instate it. As a Premium member i find it very annoying as timings are lost in competitions

    Xbox one headset(Chat) is a poor design

    That sucks man. I have had none of those issues. My chat headset is used almost daily too. Could you possibly be unplugging it by pulling on the wire? That would certainly cause the wires to become loose.

    If you are downloading online it is failing to download because you are loosing your internet connection during the download process. You will have to contact your isp and tell them you are loosing connection constantly.
