I found person who is selling stolen accounts with cheap games, HOW CAN I REPORT HIM?

I found on most popular polish auction site (something like ebay), that there is a person, whos

selling STOLEN ACCOUNTS with realy cheap games...

How can i report that person? How its possible that he is selling Destiny for XBOX ONE for price

like 12euro... (12euro = 50 polish zloty, when normal price in market is like 45euro..)

When i report him on allegro (thats the name of that auction site), they said that they cannot

prove anything.

But i know, that microsoft can find person who login into a lot of stolen accounts from same IP

and do something with that scammer....

Simply, where i should to call/post/email to let microsoft crew takeover him.

The only way to report a user is by filing a complaint via the console. However, keep in mind that Microsoft cannot do anything about what is done through other sites.

 

So you thought the best way to stop this person was to post a link to his auctions on a public forum? That's a nice bit of advertisement for him.

My suggestion would be to either contact Support or post in the suspension part of the forum where only the Enforcement Team would be able to see it

Well, i post link only to show on what scale hes doing what he is...

For sure, noone will use his auctions, for what, for risk and be banned?

 

I think it is fairly safe chance that people are using his auctions otherwise you wouldn't be concerned about them.

 

I would suggest,

instead of reporting on allegro or whatever the auction site is, stop phishing for site views and use the console features

Exactly I don't know what's his Xbox Live account. I'm only able to point person as a seller plus I can get login and password from one of sold accounts (but it's not his acc, he only set password to that acc via www site probably).

WHY exactly are you viewing this auction site anyway? What lead you to viewing stolen account auctions?

No need to visit unwanted sites or content.

IMO, seems like a LOT of details for unwanted content....... How exactly do you KNOW the accounts are stolen?

What do the other ambassadors have to say? Sure it maybe a scam. No need to promote visiting the site IMO.

No need to EVER go back again.... You can report the stolen accounts BTW,....... They are traced back to the account holder. After all.
