I found it impossible to stop my credit card from being charged for Xbox Live

Very shady system by Microsoft. Even after the account is cancelled the credit card charges didn't stop. There is no help on line. You are led around in circles by the ridiculous fake chat person. When you call the phone number you can't get to a real
person and it automatically hangs up on you. Then there is no formal complaint system and you have to use this foolish community discussion system. I finally had to tell the credit card folks to put a stop payment on Xbox live. Very frustrating, and very
dishonest and shady business setup by Microsoft. This should not be allowed to continue.

Being charged for something, not sure what

My credit card is being charged $10 every month and I'm not entirely sure what for. I've removed all credit cards from my accounts and cancelled my xbox live membership. Both accounts are silver and have less than 100 msp. What else could I be being charged
for?

Xbox live paid 4 times credit card 4 times charged and 4 times cancelled by microsoft

Xbox live paid 4 times credit card 4 times charged and 4 times cancelled by microsoft.... I dont know what to do, my credit card was charged 4 times and 4 times my xbox live subscription was cancelled... I was thinking that my credit card was not being charged
so every time that I've received the ms email telling me that the subscription was cancelled I've tried to bought again. But the 4 times was charged and the worst is that now I doesnt even have a subscription active!!!!!!!

Hello,

I have charges on my credit card but do not own a xbox gold live of $13.55 a month but I don't own a xbox. Please advise how I stop these charges from showing on my American express bill.

Nevermind I found out that my credit card just declined because I switched banks recently so it stopped paying for Xbox live

I never said they were XBOX Live transactions. They were for purchases from Microsoft made online. The first time it happened I applied for a card only to use with XBOX Live. Two years later fraudulent charges started. The second time I used a credit card
I had for over 10 years without a problem. One year later the fraudulent charges started. The first card only had 1 charge for Microsoft Purchases of over $1000. The second card had one charge for over $1200 to Microsoft and then 6 days later a charge for
another online retailer. I have four credit cards that I have had for over 10 years. I have never had any fraudulent charges on any of them. Do you think it is a coincidence that the only two credit cards linked to an XBOX live account ended up with fraudulent
charges? Is it also a coincidence the both cards had large Microsoft online transactions? How about when I call support about my account and they never confirm or deny that someone got my credit card info when I ask.them. Nothing is impossible, I think the
hacking community has proven that over and over.
