    A while ago I bought Silent Hill HD and after some time I requested a refund for the game, but now the game is on sale again and I can't buy it because, in theory, I still own Silent Hill in my account even after the refund

    You can request a refund from the xbox website log in with your profile and under account purchases click refund.

    I think this is happening becuse you may be game sharing the 2 accounts so it could just be a bug or glitch

    Ok, I just found a page that shows all my transactions, it shows that I was charged for Forza 5 and then they are refunding me $59.99. My bank account doesn't show that refund, but it might not have updated yet. I'll post updates.
