    I Found a Glitch


    While changing my credit card information for my account...a few things happened....

    First I tried to add a new card to my account and the system would not allow it....

    Second I tried to modify the card on file, as they are from the same issuing entity, the system would not allow it...

    Third, I deleted my card on file (which was allowed), which of course stopped my auto renewal...and then when I added the new card and attempted to restart my auto renewal I received this message. I first attempted this from my iPad as it was convenient.
    I have now attempted this action of renewing my live membership via my pc and still receive it...thoughts???

    hey there

    try using a different browser as something seems to be wrong with the network in which where you are connected to go to xbox.com

    you can also change your billing options by going into microsoft main site and use your email and password from your xbox profile to sign in then there will we a place to do all of that

    I had that happen before, it was just a temporary glitch. Wait a bit log out and log back in it should work then.

    Ok. Will try again....the first time it happened was a week ago....logged out each time...maybe I need to clear all my devices?? Before logging back in....

    Until the subscription you started on the original card expires you will not be able too add a new card to your auto renewal.

    You could of course buy more gold time and it will then restart an auto renew for you.
