    I found a fix for getting the online pass in Dead Space 2 on Xbox One backwards compatibility


    Alot of Xbox One users who have downloaded Dead Space 2 from the Xbox store have been having trouble getting the Online Pass required for multiplayer. The game prompts you to select an option for online play; a 2 day free trial, purchase an online pass
    and download an online pass using a 25 digit code. The option for purchasing an Online Pass is greyed out, and Microsoft doesn't give you a 25 digit code when you download the game, so none of these options work. EA made the Online Pass free a while ago,
    but if you select the Dead Space 2 Online pass in the xbox store, it's listed as currently unavailable.

    To get the Online Pass, you have to load Dead Space 2, go to the main menu, select "Store," and then go to the box where content for the game is displayed and scroll down to the Online Pass. It should be available to download and
    listed as free.

    Dead Space Ignition not showing ready to install

    I see that Dead Space Ignition was added to Xbox One backward compatibility today. I own the Xbox 360 Arcade version and it is not showing up on my Xbox One as ready to install. Can someone at Xbox please fix this?

    Dead Space 2 issues with backwards compatible

    Hello, I am trying to play dead space 2 on my Xbox one, as it is listed in the backwards compatible titles. My system recognizes dead space from disc, and dead space 3 from disc, but it won't install dead space 2 from disc. Please help me, I really want
    to replay this without having to dig out my Xbox 360. Disc 1 it doesn't seem to recognize, and disc 2 it tells me the game is not on the compatibility list. Please help, I feel this one is the best of the trilogy.

    Hey Bio,

    I believe the issue maybe be related to the game of the edition not being a backwards compatible title. The games that are backwards compatible can be very specific based on the standard version or some other edition. One way to make sure an edition is backwards
    compatible is either it will clearly state it on the backwards compatible list found online or on Major Nelson's blog, or if you find the edition on the Xbox 360 marketplace and I can't find Red Dead Redemption game of the year edition on either the list or
    the marketplace. The standard version of Red Dead Redemption is what is listed on the marketplace and the full list of available backwards compatible games.

    ^^ Yeah, it was EA. I was having problems getting my online pass for Dead Space 2 to work. They sorted it out for me.

    What game(s) would you like to see on the Xbox One?

    Dead Space 4 Open World with at least a 16 hour single player campaign 'WITHOUT' Microtransactions or Multiplayer & Online reliance.

    It has the possibilites of being amazing, but for now would love to see Dead Space 1-3 Backwards Compatible, all just perfect games IMO.

    Recentally purchased Dead Rising not showing up in ready to install list.

    Dead Rising is not backwards compatible so it won't show as Ready to Install on the One. Only Dead Rising 2: Case West and Case Zero are compatible.
