    I forgot to reset my Xbox before selling it


    Between packing and moving, I completely forgot to factory reset my Xbox One X before selling it. I immediately changed my password and contacted the buyer who said that he reset the console. I understand that changing my password should sign me out of the Xbox, but I am still stressed.

    I did notice that my console was removed from my Xbox app. Could this be a sign that he did reset the console? Or could that have been caused because I removed the Xbox as my home console?

    I`ve been selling Xbox 360 consoles for a few years now and always make sure the factory seal is intact before I buy or sell.
