    I forgot the email and password i used but know my gamertag and Credit card info


    I have a bad memory and forgot the email I used and password but know the gamertag and credit card info associated with the account. any suggestion's I have games on the profile I'm dying to play.

    NEED HELP, CANT RECOVER GAMERTAG!!!

    So i had this gamertag on my old xbox and later recovered on a friends xbox , well as time went by i got a new one and i forgot the email and password i used for is the gamertag so i cant recover it , all i have would be the credit card i used on the account
    , anyone know if thats enough to get my gamertag back :/

    I forgot the email I used to make my Xbox Account.

    Hi I made an xbox account a while back and I forgot the email I used. I was wondering if there is a way to just find out the email if I give the gamertag. Thats all I need is the email because I know the password since I use the same password on everything.
    I have many emails and have tried all the ones I remember but they all sign into other accounts I've made that I only used for a month or so. I also have the recovery email i used on the email for the account because I use the same recovery email on all my
    new emails I make. Of course none of this helps me because I need to know the email I used and thats what I forgot. I have all the info to sign in except the email. Also I want to know what happens if the email I used doesnt 'exist' anymore? I might have
    my school email but I graduated and when I graduate they disabled my email. I might have all the personal info i used and security questions, but im not sure, sometimes i make it up and sometimes I dont. Thanks in advance.

    You would need to contact support. As long as you can verify you are the owner of the account they can get you the email and you would need to reset the password. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or Contact Us | Xbox Support

    I Can't Recover My Old Xbox Live Account

    It's not like I don't have any. I have my name, birthdate, address, ect. I know the email, gamertag... I forgot 4 things. I never added a credit card account. I never sent an email either.

    I had this problem with one of my old gamertags, but this was a couple years ago. I didn't have the email but i did know the gamertag, credit card info and secret questions. I phoned up support and answered my secret questions and gave them my credit card
    info on the account and i got the account back. It might not be as easy now because of people trying to abuse it, But its worth a shot. Good Luck!
