    If you forgot the passcode, you can use
    this guide     to try and reset it using the challenge question. If you don't know that, you'll need to contact the Chat or Phone team for help.

    You can contact Official Xbox Support through either the live chat option (if available) or phone team

    If you or your parent forgot the parental pass code, then they will need use the Reset Pass Code option. If they forgot the answer to the security question, your only option is contacting
    Microsoft Phone Support so they can reset it.

    XBOX LIVE PASSCODE.

    Are you referring to the LIVE passcode, or the Family Settings passcode? The Family Settings code will not be reset by a recover. If you forgot this passcode you can try answering the security question or calling phone support.
