    XBOX LIVE PASSCODE.

    Are you referring to the LIVE passcode, or the Family Settings passcode? The Family Settings code will not be reset by a recover. If you forgot this passcode you can try answering the security question or calling phone support.

    I don't have an Xbox 360 anymore, however I will try and help you with your question. Have you tried seeing family settings though this link here:

    Also, this article may also be of some use to you as well. It will tell you how to turn off Family Settings and tern them on using your Xbox 360 etc..
