I forgot my Xbox account password and email

Hello everyone, this is a very uncommon thing that happens ive noticed, a while back I owned a xbox one that was sold away. So i moved to ps4 up to this day. On that xbox was my old account, i no longer know the email or password used to get into the account.
I have jo way of accessing the account from the inside out and no way from the outside in. Im in a very though situation here. On that old account i have various acievements and in game items i bought. Is there any way to solve this?

Whenever i try to get a number or email to call from marking my situation at an account situation it only takes me to the community

If you know the gamer tag that was associated with the account you can contact xbox support by going to support.xbox.com/contact-us and give them the gamer tag and they can look the account up.

They then would need to verify that you are indeed the owner of the account by sending a verification code to any of the email addresses or phone numbers on the account if you can verify that code they will then be able to give you the email address that
is associated with your account.

We have no access to the account or account email and password we can provide you with the ips we had when the account was logged into with our old xbox
