You need to ask your parents to do this. I will assume you’re a child p, because you haven’t indicated otherwise, and most people asking this question are.

Are you pertaining to Xbox 360 parental passcode? If yes, simply follow the steps below. You must meet the following criteria to be able to reset your passcode online:

Your Microsoft account must be an adult account.

The console must be registered in your name.

1. Sign in to your Microsoft account and go to the Devices tab. - https://account.microsoft.com/devices

2. Locate your registered Xbox 360 console and select Show Details.

3. Select Manage, select Reset passcode, and then follow the instructions to reset your passcode.
