    Hello TylerDalglish, you can add new accounts to Xbox, just go to the Main Menu and choose to add account.

    Step 1: In the Xbox One main menu, go to the top where you can log in with a user and press A. Step 2: Now click "Add New" to create a new account. Start creating your account.

    If you want to change your Xbox/Microsoft account password, you'll need to do it on a PC through a browser.

    Do you not have access to the email that you made the account with? You will be able to reset you password if you have access to your email
