    forgot password to family settings.

    I forgot my family settings pasword and the other pasword to change it. Now, i whant to join Xbox Live and can't. How do I change my family setings pasword?

    No worries about the spelling. I believe the only way to reset the Family Settings passcode is either via answering the Family Settings security question, or by contacting Xbox Customer Support on the phone. Nothing on the website, as far as I know.

    As much as we'd like to, we are unable to help with issues of password resets/blocked e-mails/changing parental email's. You will need to
    try to reset the password, if that does not work please try to
    fill out the account recovery form here, or if the

    account is blocked please have a parent fill this form out    .



    If you don't have access to either of these options, you will need to
    contact the Microsoft Account team here    .



    As previoustly stated, we have absolutely no control over resetting passwords/unblocking e-mails/changing parental email's.
