reset family passcode- forgot and do not have backup answer

I do not recall every setting up my family passcode or a password reset question... I do not know the passcode or the answer to the question I am asked if I forgot my passcode... How can I reset the family passcode another way?

You can't fix it but you could try forgetting your password, by going to settings>family an try entering your pass code an it should ask if you forgot your password and than see if you can answer the security question if not I'm sorry there is no way to
help

If you are referring to the 4 button combo for the console, just redownload your profile.

Also, you shouldn't add to a thread that is more than 30 days old. Next time, you should just create your own thread.
