    XBOX LIVE PASSCODE.

    Are you referring to the LIVE passcode, or the Family Settings passcode? The Family Settings code will not be reset by a recover. If you forgot this passcode you can try answering the security question or calling phone support.

    Thermal - Please don't bump old threads. If you have forgotten a passcode, support can reset it. You just have to contact them.

    it makes me made that microsoft doesn't help people that forgot their family password and they have all the passwords in a computer that they can search the gamertag and send it to the send box. how hard would that be to do ............ SIMPLE!!!!
