I forgot my email for my google account and my microsoft account

Hi, I have a problem. I forgot my email for my google account and my microsoft account which had minecraft bought on it, I have an access token to the account though that was previously signed into minecraft

Any help would be appreciated!

Well, the Problem is that I didn't use one of my email addresses, I think I created a new email account something with @live.de/.com or hotmail.com…. It could be anything :/
