Forced to reset internet box every session !

Hi everyone,

bought an Xbox one X on the very first day and have a wierd connexion problem...

i use an ethernet cable on it...

but the only way i can really connect in order to play is to reset multiple time my RedBox (SFR) AND the Xbox one X until it finally works -_- (and it can take up to 30mn or more! at 30mn i just quit...)

the wierd thing when i'm testing the internet connexion with the xbox one x ::

- connexion test :: OK !

- connexion multiplayer :: NO internet connexion ! (wtf?)

it seems that there isn't such a problem with my other consoles or PC...

Clearly i can't continue this way, could someone help me please ?

Hello Bruno,

Thanks for coming to the forums. First you could try to power off the PC completely and restart it. Once the PC back on try the game again. Also go to network settings disconnect then reconnect the wireless.

Already tried all of that several times... :/ saddly nothing changed.

weird part is I also tried bein totally ofline and... the error message is still the same. i would get a message like "you're ofline, forget it man" but "connexion status has changed"... without connexion?

I didn't 'forget' the information, I know every single piece of information associated with the account. The problem is that none of it was created in the first place, I never sent emails or messages with the account on this site as I only use it for xbl.
I filled out all of the fields I could but the rest of the fields I was unable to fill as the information was never available to me in the first place. so no , I didn't 'forget' the information, and I never implied that I did in the first place.
