SR Gat Out Of Hell not loading

Ok I bought the game from xbox marketplace,it downloaded fine and shows in my game library but when i try to load the game up all I get is an error box from xbox stores saying "cant launch SR gat out of hell" thats it no error code or anything,just that.

Ive tryed deleting and reinstalling 3-4 times,ive cleared the cache and reinstalled,ive redownloaded my profile,ive checked all settings and all i get is the same cant launch message.

NOW I put my profile onto my gfs console and downloaded and it works fine,loads up and i can play.

thing is every other game i have on my 360 works,i can play all of them no problem but GOOH just wont play.

any ideas on whats wrong? cause ive tryed everything i can think off.

 

Getting Media Usage Rights Playback Error

I just added 400 MS points to my account to rent the movie, "The Hobbit" in HD from the xbox video section and Ive gone to try and play it and I keep receiving this Error Message that says "The license for this video has expired. To play it, rent it again
at the xbox video store. status code: 803c0009. Now Ive went back and tried to re-rent it and it wont give me the option and keeps giving me this error. My MS points show that the purchase of the movie has taken my points away so Id like some help being
able to get a refund for these points so that I can watch it another time as the movie is really long and I wont be able to watch it tonight. Thanks and I hope someone can help me get my points back so I can try to rent it again later.
