Discus and support I filled in my paid code on the wrong emailadress. How can it be solved? in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I bought a prepaid code this morning, but filled it in on the wrong emailadress with no xbox account. Now the code is redeemed.     I bought a prepaid code this morning, but filled it in on the wrong emailadress with no xbox account. Now the code is redeemed. How can I solve this problem?

    Gamertag Transfer Problem

    Please be sure to use the exactly same emailadress like you used on creating your account on the 360. Normally if using the same emailadress and entering a wrong password gives you an error. So it may be that you used the wrong emailadress.

    So just go ahead and try again.

    Twitch Stream Six code problem

    Hello,

    I tried to sign in to my Twitch Account from my Xbox One console.

    And the Xbox One asked for a code with six numbers.

    I filled the code the code in the web site at my computer and it says "Something went wrong, thanks for patient".

    What's wrong? How can I fix it?

    contact official support.

    Maybe they can help you out.

    First question that comes up on my side is "How can someone forget his emailadress?"

    I use my mail on a daily base so I can't understand how someone would forget his/her mailadress..

    As said, contact official support and provide them your info.

    Maybe they can help you out on getting to know your emailadress.
