I filed a complaint

i filed a complaint against a player for spaming my inbox calling me a weak player and hiding all the time xboxlive enforcement team dident do anything but ban me instead so i get a 2week ban and i decided to give my game a brake for 2days then i log in
and theres another ban for harrasment another 2weeks there so im gonna file a law suit against them i want all my money back

Filed a Complaint - Nothing Happened?

Hi,

I decided to use a code for a 48 - hour XBOX Live trial in one of my games, and everything had been going great until yesterday. I was playing DiRT 2, and after a few wins I started to get spun out by other people. So I ask one of them why he was
cheating, and he said he didn't. I reminded him that he had done so on several occasions, and then he swore at me twice, so I blocked him and filed a complaint. When I went on Live today, I noticed that he was last online a few hours ago, which means that
he hadn't been banned. Is it because the mods take a while to resolve each complaint or is there another reason for this?

And if nothing happens to his account, that means the Enforcement Team found nothing against the Terms of Use or Code of Conduct.

 

What is it with people these days that whenever something happens against them that they don't agree with they have to somehow vent and rage, or in this case take a company to court?

You have no idea what the ban was for, it could be something that you did weeks and weeks ago, it more than likely has nothing to do with you filing the complaint.

But ye, if you really must take Microsoft to court, go ahead, let us all know how it goes, because for some reason I doubt there is a lawyer in the county that will touch it.
