i figure out the xbox live service problem for cod

I bought a wireless boost hotspot for xbox live and in my network settings when I test xbox live connection I get in the Live Status there is a yellow ! Saying xbox stores: service alert but everythng else is connected and up. What canI do to fix the problem.
I have wasted 4hrs trying to figure it out. Please let me know

I've thoroughly enjoyed CoD:AW, at least up until this week. For some reason that I haven't been able to figure out, I haven't been able to access the game's multiplayer all week. Every time I try it either endlessly attempts to connect to Xbox Live or tells
me that the service is unavailable. Either way, it's complete bull because the home screen is still obviously connected to Xbox Live. I want my CoD fix and this is getting frustrating... :'(

I've got the same problem ...plus: i buyed POINTS and a Prepaid Account but cant use them. Every time i connect per PC to xbox Live, got the Problem: " A problem in System is found..... Listen Xbox we are USERS who PAY for there FUN, so WE will get SERVICE
for our MONEY!!!! Every Week I hear bad news about xbox Live...Problems here, Problems there.... Why are you so uncomunicative???Come On Show ur Service. Its the Weekend I when I cant play CoD I jump out the Window ..
